  • H-2 Visa Applicant Recruiting

    We have a network of qualified individuals throughout Mexico to recruit the right workers for your company.  Many have already been in the U.S. on H-2 visas themselves and understand the importance of recruiting top quality laborers with the best chances of H2 visa approvals.

  • Administrative - Mexico

    We handle the administrative part in Mexico, including completing the DS-160 application for each H-2 visa applicant, paying the U.S. visa application fees, and securing the appointments at the U.S. Consulates in Mexico.  We will keep you updated at every stage of the process so you can focus on running your business back in the U.S.  

  • Logistics - Consular Location

    We will assist the applicants with their travel arrangements to the city / U.S. consulate location from their hometown in Mexico, and get them settled into the hotel upon arrival.  We will then hold an orientation the day / evening prior to the ASC appointment to ensure they are prepared for the process.

  • Group Orientation

    We will meet with the group on the day prior to the ASC appointment and assist them in preparing their documents for ASC and USC.  We take this opportunity to go over any important details, answer any questions they may have, and ensure they are ready to go for their appointments.

  • Group Represenative & Logistics

    We represent the H2 visa applicants at their ASC appointments and deliver the passports to the U.S. consulate right after for ASC processing and pick them up once the visas are stamped.  We provide all ground transportation necessary throughout this process for the applicants, and stand alongside them to ensure a smooth process and overall experience. 

  • I-94 Processing

    We will process and pay for the applicants' I-94 online once the passports are returned from the U.S. consulate. This ensures a smooth entry into the U.S. via land or airport of entry.

  • Logistics - Jobsite

    We will assist with coordinating their ground and/or air transportation to the job site from the consular location.
